Individual Registrations

Group Registrations

Groups of two or more people may be eligible for discounts. Group registrations can be made by phone by calling (868) 222-5683 ext 2001.


We have reserved a block of rooms at the Kapok Hotel for your convenience. Space is limited, so we recommend you book your room when you register for the workshop. Reservations can be made by email or by calling (868) 622-5765. For reservations tell them that you are attending the “Caribbean Visual Business Intelligence Workshop” when you register, to receive the discounted rate. Rooms are available with one king bed or two double beds.
If you’re using a travel agent to book your hotel room, let them know that this group rate is non-commissionable.


We are offering an early bird special for US$595 before 20th August 2018 as well as special discounts if you are ICATT, ISACA, AMCHAM or TT Chamber of Commerce members.
We ask that no more than 10 people from an organization register for the workshop. This is to ensure that as many organizations as possible are able to attend and to make sure that a single organization doesn’t dominate the workshop.
Full-time students and non-profit organizations can receive a 20% discount

    • Location

The workshop will be held at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, located at Max Richards Drive, Uriah Butler Highway North West, Mount Hope, Trinidad and Tobago

    • Parking

Parking is available at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business at no additional charge.

    • Food

Lunch will be provided each day along with morning and afternoon refreshments.

    • What to Bring

You won’t need anything special during the courses, including a computer.

    • Time

Each course is scheduled from 8:30am to 4:30pm with a one hour break for lunch. Registration check-in will begin at 8:00am every day.

    • Materials

When you check in you will be given a badge and an information packet which will contain materials for all of the courses for which you’ve registered.
